we had an ambitious day ahead of us with four locations to get to in nyc... but with a couple like kristin and damien, it was smooth sailing. all smiles and enthusiasm from the couple and their friends and family made for a wonderful shoot on a gorgeous day...

right after kristin got her dress on she said, 'i can breathe, this is perfect.' hah. i think all the brides out there understand her quote.

she's a good mom...

even my third grade teacher agreed that i had a good mom...

(an actual entry from my third grade school journal)

"september 23, 1987

i wish i could have pizza for dinner. i love pizza. but my mom does not like us to eat pizza alot. she says once a week is okay. i love rice and pizza. 

i like rice with salt and butter."

although, this entry does leave me with a couple of questions...

is it ever too early to correct children on the proper spelling of 'a lot'?

why was my teacher encouraging my use of the word 'pizza' by circling it and labeling it with an 'excellent' when i used it in 4 out of 6 sentences?
